Loads of Liverpool fans noticed the performance of Raul Jimenez against Manchester United on Saturday, and they want to bring the Mexican international to Anfield this summer.

Manchester United were knocked out of the FA Cup by Wolves on Saturday evening, and Jimenez was once again the star of the show for the Midlands outfit.

The 27 year-old has 15 goals and seven assists in all competitions this season, and he turned smartly during a goalmouth scramble to fire home the opener against the Red Devils.

Liverpool are expected to undergo somewhat of an overhaul in the striking department this summer, with both Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi linked with exits.

The pair have combined for just six goals in all competitions, and Roberto Firmino is in desperate need of an adequate deputy.

Jimenezโ€™s versatility, link-up play and work rate makes him an almost carbon-copy of the Brazilian, and the Twitter reactions down below would love to see them on the same teamโ€ฆ
