Crystal Palace are interested in signing wantaway Liverpool striker Danny Ings according to The Guardian.

The 26-year-old signed for the Reds from Burnley in 2015 but has suffered a number of serious injuries and only made 14 appearances for the club since joining, scoring three goals.

The England international is valued at £7.2million on Transfermarkt but Liverpool want £20million for their striker according to the report.

With Liverpool’s star attacking trio, Ings doesn’t see much of a future at Anfield and is looking to move this summer in order to secure first team football.

Leicester City, Newcastle United and Southampton are also interested in signing the poacher this transfer window so Crystal Palace will have their work cut out to buy their target.

If he can stay fit and rediscover his form from Burnley where he scored 11 goals in his first season in the Premier League, he could be a great addition for Roy Hodgson.
