Real Madrid are reportedly seeking to lure Chelsea star Eden Hazard to the Bernabeu by offering him the number seven shirt formerly worn by Cristiano Ronaldo.

Hazard, 27, has been strongly linked with a move to Los Blancos since the conclusion of the World Cup and reports have gone on to suggest that the Blues could accept a fee of around £170m for his services.

Amidst this, Don Balon claims that the European champions are prepared to go allout for the attacker and they are prepared to reward him with the iconic number seven jersey, which has also previously been worn by club legend Raul.

Hazard has remained mum over the transfer speculation in recent seasons but he has of late admitted that it could be time to move on after six glorious years with the Blues.

The Belgium international is currently on an extended break following his World Cup exploits in Russia. His present Blues contract expires at the end of the 2019/2020 season.
